Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and baby wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear
How to Return
Email us at nandgopalcreatiion@gmail.com with your reference number, the product to be returned, and the reason. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever available or share drop-off instructions.
Exchange
We're happy to exchange your product for a different size or a similar item, subject to availability. If your preferred replacement isn't available, we'll process a refund.
Condition Assessment
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be shipped back to you and no refund or exchange will be processed.
