Refund Policy
Simple and transparent refunds
Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for returns that meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy — items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Method
Since all our orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) to the account details you provide. We do not offer store credit unless requested.
Refund Timelines
- Return pickup and inspection: 3–5 business days
- Refund processing after inspection: 5–7 business days
- Reflected in your bank account: 2–3 business days from processing
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at nandgopalcreatiion@gmail.com with photographs. We'll arrange a free pickup and full refund or replacement.
Deductions
No reverse shipping charges are deducted for eligible returns due to our error. For change-of-mind returns, a nominal reverse pickup fee may apply depending on pin code.
